CozyFox is a 63.5 m² top-floor holiday apartment in Leogang in the Pinzgau – not a hotel and no shared corridors, but the complete upper floor of a quiet residential house at the edge of the village.
For two of you, the whole place is yours: the king-size bed sits behind the rotating slatted room divider, and the sofa stays exactly what it is – the spot to sink into. For four, it becomes a queen-size bed in the evening, and the slats turn the sleeping area into a room of its own. So families and groups of friends up to four fit just as well.
Outside the door lies the Skicircus Saalbach Hinterglemm Leogang Fieberbrunn with 270 km of slopes; in summer the Epic Bike Park and more than 400 km of hiking paths. You get the Saalfelden Leogang Card from us when you arrive – with the mobility ticket for buses and trains included.

How many people does the apartment sleep?
Up to four. The sleeping area has a king-size bed measuring 180 × 200 cm, and in the living area the sofa converts into a queen-size bed with a 140 × 200 cm mattress. For bookings of three or more, the sofa bed is already made up and set up when you arrive.
How do I get to the slopes and the bike park?
The entry point at the Leogang mountain railways in Hütten is a few minutes away. The Saalfelden Leogang Card, which you get from us on arrival, includes the mobility ticket – so buses and trains in the region cost you nothing extra. A private parking space right at the house is included as well.
What's included in the price?
Bed linen and towels for every guest, free Wi-Fi throughout the apartment, the Saalfelden Leogang Card, the private parking space, plus washing-up liquid, shampoo, hand soap and toilet paper. A washing machine, dryer and a travel cot can be added for a small fee.
Is the apartment suitable for families with children?
Yes. A travel cot including mattress and bedding can be added on request – it's best to tell us when booking, then it's ready when you arrive. The rotating slatted room divider turns the sleeping area into a room of its own that can be darkened, which helps when the children go to bed earlier.
Is there somewhere to keep skis and ski boots?
Yes, the house has a ski and drying room with a rack for the skis and a ski boot dryer that runs at low temperature morning and evening – gentle on the boots and odour-free. So helmets, ski boots and wet jackets don't have to come up into the apartment.
Are pets allowed?
No, unfortunately we don't accept pets.
When can I check in?
Check-in is possible from 15:00, check-out is until 10:00. If different times suit you better, send us a quick message on WhatsApp – we can often arrange something.
