Arriving
A quiet residential house at the entrance to Leogang – no hotel operation, no corridors full of strangers, parking right in front. The apartment sits up under the roof: 63.5 m² that nobody else walks through. The Asitz cable car is a few minutes away.
Behind the slats
The king-size bed sits on an oak platform with indirect lighting and a skylight above it: stars in the evening, the first ray of sun in the morning – and an electric blind for when it arrives too early. One turn of the slatted room divider and it becomes a room of its own, dark and private.
One room, two worlds
On one side the sofa, the 75-inch smart TV and real wood flooring; on the other the panoramic window with its wide lounging ledge – mountain meadows in summer, falling snow in winter, no schedule and no hurry. The sofa turns into a queen-size bed for two more guests whenever you need it.
Cook like you're at home
Induction hob, oven, dishwasher, fridge and freezer, plus a filter machine and a capsule machine for coffee. Pots, pans, sharp knives, crockery and glasses for four are all here – the only thing to bring is the food.
Warm from the ground up
A step-free rain shower with a hand shower and a built-in heated bench, and the bathtub next to it for a long soak. The floor is heated – after a day on the slopes you notice the difference. Towels, shampoo and soap are waiting for you.
Your spot in the sun
A hanging chair, a seat and a small table – for the morning coffee or the evening glass. The terrace faces west towards the Spielberg and the Asitz: the sun stays longest here, and nobody can see in.
Drop everything first
Just inside the front door: hooks for your jackets and a bench for taking off your shoes. Skis and wet gear stay next door in the drying room, and this is also where you'll find the material from the tourist office – hiking and biking maps, brochures, ideas for the next day. The oak staircase leads up to the top floor, and from there on the whole floor is yours alone.
