Leogang, a charming mountain village with around 3,300 inhabitants, is located in Austria's Pinzgau region, nestled between the Leoganger Steinberge and the Steinernes Meer. Since 1999, it has formed the "Saalfelden–Leogang holiday region" together with Saalfelden.

Leogang is part of the Saalbach–Hinterglemm–Leogang–Fieberbrunn ski circus, with 270 km of slopes, 60+ lifts, and direct access via the Leogang cable cars in the Hütten district. The area also offers cross-country skiing, tobogganing, horse-drawn sleigh rides, snowshoeing, and ice skating.
